AGM Abogados advises ByPillow on expansion plan

Hotel group ByPillow has recently received a capital injection from Raset Ventures to address its expansion plan. 

In the transaction, which was formalised at the end of september, ByPillow was advised by Francisco Lacasa Lobera, Partner of the M&A area of AGM Abogados, Julio Menchaca Vite (Head of the department) and Félix Navas Mir (lawyer), who dealt with the legal aspects of the investment, as well as the negotiation of the entry of the new investor. 

According to Francisco Lacasa, this transaction reaffirms the reactivation of the hotel sector, in which he expects more deals to be closed in the coming months. 

The ByPillow Group, despite the pandemic, has grown from 9 to 14 establishments in the last 2 years, and as part of its growth plans, expects to have a portfolio of 30-40 hotels.
