AGM Abogados, continuing its internationalization strategic growth efforts, ends the year 2022 by joining the international law firm network SCG Legal, after an admission process that began in June, led by Partner Guillermo Bayas, responsible for the international development of the firm.
AGM Abogados’ main objective in joining this network is to be able to offer global coverage and service to its clients in any country in the world. Through the “best friends” -the different international law firms that are members of SCG Legal- AGM will accompany its clients in their internationalization processes and any cross-border matter.
Following the firm’s philosophy, the value proposition of AGM Abogados focuses on comprehensive and personalized advice to our clients, covering all the legal consulting needs necessary to carry out an international project, including advice on the incorporation of companies and day-to-day business matters, immigration and international mobility, real estate, tax advice, contracting and M&A, as well as assistance in judicial and arbitration litigation faced abroad.
