On April 28th, 29th and 30th, the seminar “Building new opportunities: Restructuring the future with real estate”, organised by the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), will be held in Naples. Guillermo Bayas Fernández, member of the AIJA Executive Committee, and Partner of the Litigation and Arbitration area of AGM, will participate in one of the round tables of the event.
The seminar will focus on the key legal aspects of how to use tools in the real estate field to help companies in financial difficulties.
In particular, it will address various topics such as the auction sale procedure – in which Guillermo will participate in the round table – and the conflicts arising between landlords, tenants and banks in insolvency proceedings.
The seminar will feature leading sector speakers, and will adopt different formats, including a workshop focusing on practical tools, a mock trial and a role play exercise.
