With the approval of the Startups Law, the Spanish Government has, for the first time, regulated the concept of international teleworking, introducing significant developments in areas of taxation, immigration, and Social Security.

This webinar will examine the introduction of a specific permit for international teleworkers (or digital nomads), covering both employees and freelancers, with a notable impact on Social Security.

Additionally, the tax advantages of the Special Tax Regime (Beckham Law), applicable to those employed teleworkers relocation to Spain, will be discussed.
