Golden Visa - Residency for investors
Foreigners who make a significant investment in Spain can obtain an investor’s residence permit, known as a “Golden Visa”, which includes their family members.
The investment can be in real estate, financial assets or in a business project of interest, and the minimum amounts will vary depending on the type of investment chosen.
This permit can be applied for in Spain or at the Consulate in the investor’s country of residence.
It will allow you to travel freely within the Schengen area without having to live in Spain for a minimum period of time.
