Selection process

FIRST STAGE
Interview with HR
The purpose of the interview with Human Resources is twofold. On the one hand, they will explain the firm’s culture and values to you, as well as the benefits of being part of the team and the details of the position. On the other hand, you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, present your experience in the sector and explain your motivations and skills.
SECOND STAGE
Tests
In this stage, candidates take the tests that have been prepared for each department. These might be technical, linguistic or IT tests.
THIRD STAGE
Interview with a senior member of the department
Depending on the department, this stage may or may not take place. If the interview is conducted, the purpose of it is to give you a first-hand insight into the dynamics of the department and the type of clients and files that we work with. The senior member of staff will be able to decide whether your profile is a positive fit for their team.
FOURTH STAGE
Interview with the partner and/or head of department
If you have made it to this stage, you are now a finalist. This is the final interview and your aim is to convince the partner or head of department that you would be a great addition to the firm. You will have the opportunity to explain what you can contribute and what your goals and motivations are for joining our team.
