AGM Abogados has once again been recognised by the IFLR1000 legal review in the M&A category for Spain. The M&A area, led by Partners Francisco Lacasa Lobera and Julio Rocafull Rodríguez, appears in the ranking for the third consecutive year, reaffirming its solid experience in all types of corporate transactions and operations.

IFLR1000 (International Financial Law Review) is the guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms. It is also the only international legal review that, since 1990, recognises law firms and lawyers who have been involved in relevant transactions and who have demonstrated their knowledge and expertise in strategic areas such as M&A.

Regarding the operations that have led AGM to appear in the ranking, we highlight the advice on the purchase of one of the largest temporary employment companies in the country, as well as the sale of an important automotive spare parts distribution company in the spanish market, achieving the closing of the operation during the state of alarm caused by the COVID-19 health crisis.

The Mergers and Acquisitions area of AGM Abogados has a large team of around 15 professionals dedicated exclusively to M&A operations. For over 35 years, our professionals have been providing legal advice on all types of corporate transactions and operations involving the most diverse types of structures, both from the position of the buyer and the seller.
