The Mexico City office, inaugurated in 2025, serves as the headquarters of AGM Abogados’ Latam Desk, with the aim of providing a legal bridge between Mexico, Spain, and Europe. This new location is part of the firm’s global strategy to strengthen its presence in Latin America, offering legal solutions to companies and entrepreneurs looking to expand or invest in these markets.
Located between Polanco and Azures, in the heart of Mexico City –a hub of business and commercial activity– the office combines local expertise with an international outlook.
The team is led by Julio Menchaca, a Partner at the firm, who heads the Latam Desk to promote business opportunities in the region and provide specialised advice in key areas such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate law, and international business.
