I am a lawyer specialising in Employment Law and Labour Relations at AGM Abogados. I provide strategic advice to companies on the management of complex employment environments, with a preventive approach and a strong focus on business outcomes.
I view employment law not merely as a regulatory framework, but as a strategic tool for the sustainability and growth of businesses. My practice broadly encompasses collective bargaining and restructuring, M&A and post-merger integration, compliance, employment audits, and high-stakes conflict management.
My professional career
I am an employment lawyer admitted to the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
I read Law at the University of Barcelona, going on to complete a Master’s degree qualifying me for legal practice, during which I spent six months studying in Ghent, Belgium.
My career has been built around providing strategic advice to businesses. Prior to joining AGM Abogados, I headed the Labour Relations department of a multinational company, working directly alongside senior management on complex collective bargaining and internal employment matters. That experience gave me a deep understanding of employment law not simply as a compliance exercise, but as a key driver of business viability and competitiveness.
Before that, I practised across several law firms, advising both corporate clients and individuals in contentious and non-contentious matters. In my early years at the Bar, I combined that work with legal aid in employment cases , an experience that gave me a genuine 360-degree view of the workplace disputes that can arise within organisations.
Today, my advice is strategic and closely aligned with my clients’ business objectives, ensuring that the implementation of corporate policies is both workable and effective. My priority is to prevent the legal framework or employment relations from acting as a barrier, and instead to turn them into tools that support and underpin organisational growth.
About me
I have a passion for travel, exploring different cultures, reading and sport, with tennis and padel being particular favourites.
In my spare time, I enjoy getting out into nature and spending quality time with family and friends.
