I am a lawyer specialized in Civil Liability and Insurance. I advise and act in court in all types of legal proceedings related to this area.

I also handle criminal law matters and advise clients and companies in criminal and contentious-administrative matters.

My professional

I am a lawyer member of ICAM since 1999 and I have a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).

After a brief stint in other non-law jobs and a brief experience in another law firm, I joined AGM Abogados in 1999.

Since 1999 I have been a member of Labor, Criminal, Civil Liability and Insurance Departments.  I have been responsible for the Labor Department in Madrid.

I am now part of the Litigation and Arbitration Department of the firm in Madrid.  I advise insurance companies, PYMES and individuals in all types of Civil Liability, Criminal and Contentious-Administrative matters, regularly attending the Courts and Tribunals.

I have completed my academic training with the following courses and Masters:

• Master’s Degree in Labor Law Consultancy by the CEF.
• Advanced Course in Insurance Law by the CEF.
• Course on Urban Planning by the CEF.

About me

In my free time I enjoy going to concerts of all kinds, since I am an absolute music lover.

I also like literature and reading books, magazines or comics as well as going to the movies.

I often go swimming and enjoy my family and friends.
