How can I help you?

I have over twenty years of professional experience providing legal advice to clients in mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, foreign investments in Spain, and advising Spanish clients abroad, as well as in financing and highly complex commercial contracts.

I would like to highlight my experience advising in key sectors such as private equity and venture capital, retail, new technologies, financial services and fintech, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and real estate.

I believe that the key to being a good lawyer, aside from having strong technical knowledge, is understanding your client’s needs and their business in order to provide practical, effective, and long-term advice tailored to their interests.

Clients’ trust must be earned every day, and I consider that being aware of this and acting accordingly is one of my greatest professional strenghts.

My professional career

I began my professional career with a Leonardo scholarship from the European Union at Haarman Hemmelrath & Partner in Munich (Germany). Later, I joined Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados, where I worked in the corporate, real estate, and finance departments at their Madrid and Barcelona offices, eventually becoming a Partner in the Corporate Department.

I hold a Law degree and a Master’s in Business Law and Taxation from ESADE University. Subsequently, I studied International and Comparative Law at the Academy of American and International Law in Dallas (USA) and I have continued to enhance my education annually by attending and participating as a speaker at national and international legal seminars and conferences.

I am currently an Associate Professor at ESADE Law School, specialising in International Business Law.

I was a member of the Executive Committee of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and served as Chair of its Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance Committee.

I have served, and continue to serve, as the non-executive secretary of various companies and organisations.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in my free time.

I love discovering new places while travelling or hiking, and I always try to explore the local gastronomy.

For moments of relaxation, there’s perhaps nothing better than having a good book to hand or watching films and series.
