My primary objective is to provide comprehensive legal advice in the field of employment law, covering the resolution of disputes arising from employment relationships. This is delivered through an approach grounded in close client engagement, professional empathy, strict ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to the protection of their interests. I work closely with each client to identify their specific needs, analyse every case in depth and design tailored strategies that lead to the most effective, efficient and appropriate solutions for their particular circumstances, ensuring the robust defence of their rights.
My professional career
I hold a Law degree from the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona and a Master’s Degree in Access to the Lawyer Profession from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE LAW) in Barcelona. During my master’s studies, I also completed the Digital Business & Artificial Intelligence programme at ISDI Digitalent Group.
I began my professional career at Ceca Magán Abogados, where I undertook my professional training and subsequently spent a further year working in the Employment Law Department, laying the foundations of my legal practice.
I am currently developing my career at AGM Abogados, working within an environment of recognised legal excellence that has allowed me to consolidate a comprehensive and strategic approach to Employment Law.
I am a native speaker of Catalan and Spanish. I hold a B2 certificate in English, although I obtained it some time ago and consider that my current level has since improved. I also have a basic knowledge of French.
About me
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I am also very passionate about sport, which plays an important role in my life. My favourite activities include tennis, football, running along the beach and other similar disciplines.
While studying Law, I completed the Level 1 Tennis Coaching qualification with the Catalan Tennis Federation and combined my academic studies with working as a tennis coach.
I also have a strong interest in cooking and music, two activities I particularly enjoy combining whenever I have the time to savour them properly.
