My mission is to provide specialised legal advice in data protection, intellectual and industrial property, and e-commerce. I deliver practical, accessible and tailored solutions, adapted to the specific needs of each client, assisting them in complying with applicable regulations and safeguarding their interests in an ever-evolving digital environment.

My professional career

I graduated in Law in 2018 and completed the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice two years later.

From my first internships, I specialised in data protection and industrial property, gaining experience in audits and providing legal advice on privacy matters for both public and private entities.

Subsequently, I joined a law firm where, with greater autonomy, I advised national and international companies on data protection, e-commerce, industrial and intellectual property, and public procurement.

In 2022, I joined a major legal consultancy, further expanding my experience through international projects for multidisciplinary and multinational clients in the field of privacy. I also acted as the central point of contact for the consultancy’s DPO and led data protection and IP/IT management in Due Diligence projects.

I currently provide comprehensive legal advice on data protection, privacy, and industrial and intellectual property within the TMT department at AGM Abogados, working with both public and private entities on privacy and technology-related projects.

I am a native Spanish and Catalan speaker, and I hold a C1 level in English certified by Cambridge.

About me

My greatest passion is dancing, to the point that I also collaborate in managing a salsa and bachata academy. At weekends, you will often find me dancing or teaching others at workshops and congresses.

I also enjoy travelling, particularly to countries with different cultures, and unwinding by spending quality time with the people I care about.
