My objective is to provide the best legal advice in all types of Corporate, M&A, private equity and commercial transactions, providing a committed, excellent and quality service.

My professional career

I have a degree in Law from the University Pompeu Fabra (UPF), a master’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Navarra. I also have a diploma in Legal English from Boston University.

During my university career, I did internships in the litigation department of a law firm, in a notary’s office in London, and in the legal department of a multinational hotel company.

I have developed my professional career in various law firms, specialising in commercial and business law, although I have also worked in the areas of litigation and real estate.

Since 2021 I have been part of the Corporate M&A department of AGM Abogados, advising all types of companies and investment funds on M&A transactions, corporate law and commercial contracts.

About me

In my free time I do sports, read and enjoy spending time with my friends.

I also like cinema and travelling to places I have never been to before.
