I am a member of the State of New York and the Barcelona Bar Associations.
I graduated from Pompeu Fabra University in 2003 and I hold a Master of Laws from New York University (which I studied thanks to a Fundación Rafael del Pino Scholarship), a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Litigation and a Postgraduate Degree in International Relations and a Diploma in Arbitration from the Instituto de Empresa.
I have fifteen years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency law, with a focus in international cases, half of which at two major Spanish law firms: Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and Garrigues.
After 6 years as coordinator of the Litigation Department of a prestigious law firm in Barcelona, in 2019 I became a partner of Ejarque Abogados and, since July 2020, of the Litigation and Arbitration Department of AGM Abogados, where I am also in charge of the international development of the firm, as part of the French Desk.
I also teach international litigation and legal skills (oratory, argumentation, negotiation) in the Masters of Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Universitat de Barcelona respectively.
In addition to Spanish and Catalan, I am fluent in English, French and Italian.
I am a member of the Executive Committe of AIJA (Association International des Jeunes Avocats) and the Spanish Arbitration Club.
I practice improvisational theatre and various sports, both in the city (running) and in nature (trail running, mountain skiing, scuba diving).
I love reading, independent cinema, good restaurants and wine.
