I am a member of the State of New York and the Barcelona Bar Associations.
I graduated from Pompeu Fabra University in 2003 and I hold a Master of Laws from New York University (which I studied thanks to a Fundación Rafael del Pino Scholarship), a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Litigation and a Postgraduate Degree in International Relations and a Diploma in Arbitration from the Instituto de Empresa.
I have fifteen years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency law, with a focus in international cases, half of which at two major Spanish law firms: Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and Garrigues.
After 6 years as coordinator of the Litigation Department of a prestigious law firm in Barcelona, in 2019 I became a partner of Ejarque Abogados and, since July 2020, of the Litigation and Arbitration Department of AGM Abogados. I am also part of the French Desk and, in addition, I am the responsible of the international development of the firm.
I am also a professor of International Litigation and Negotiation in the Master's Degree in Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
Apart from my mother tongues (Spanish and Catalan), I am fluent in English, French and Italian.
I am a member of the professional association AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats), currently holding the position of Co-Vice-President of the Litigation Commission.
