I studied a Bachelor Degree in Law at Universitat de Barcelona and graduated in 2001. In 2002, I studied a Master's Degree in Legal Practice at the Barcelona Bar Association. In july 2018 I finished studying the biennial Master's Degree in Criminal Sciences and Criminal Law at Universitat de Barcelona and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

I began practising law in October 2001 for a law firm specialising in civil liability and insurance, and was a lawyer for various prestigious insurance companies in the sector. In April 2003, I joined AGM Abogados as a criminal lawyer for the Criminal Law Department, where I have been ever since, and take part in criminal proceedings as both the defence and private prosecutor, and participate in managing and drafting corporate compliance programmes.
