How can I help you?
My aim is to be able to advise on labour and Social Security matters in a practical and agile manner, in order to provide the most appropriate response to the specific situation in question.
My professional career
I am a lawyer with extensive experience in labour counselling and an expert in Social Security matters, specialising in occupational risk prevention in the technical disciplines of safety and psychosociology and ergonomics.
During my professional career, I have specialised in collective negotiation, internal flexibility measures (substantial modifications of working conditions and transfers), workforce restructuring (ERTE, ERE), production decentralisation processes, corporate reorganisations, transnational relocations of workers and labour audits.
I have a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), a Master’s Degree in Law from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from the Centre for Financial Studies (CEF).
Since 2008, I have been a lecturer on various specialised Masters in labour law at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE- Master of Laws) and I have been a lecturer on the Masters in Administrative Management at the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Universitat Abat Oliba CEU (UAO). In addition, I am a regular speaker at the Association of Administrative Managers of Catalonia and at the Association of Experts and Commercial Graduates of Barcelona, on current labour and Social Security issues.
I have been a featured lawyer in the international legal directories Best Lawyers and Chambers and Partners Europe for several years.
I am passionate about my profession, but I also enjoy hobbies such as chess and basketball.
