Throughout my professional career as a lawyer, I have always sought to defend my clients’ interests in a close, honest and efficient manner, focusing my work on achieving the best possible outcomes for their business. I view legal and administrative advice as a tool at the service of the client, with the priority of understanding their needs and providing the most suitable solution within the applicable regulatory environment and legal framework.

My professional career

After studying Law at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), I began my professional career in 2001 in the Administrative and Constitutional Law department at Cuatrecasas. In 2004, I joined PwC as an associate in the Administrative Law department, where I developed my career for thirteen years. Since 2017, I have served as Partner in the Administrative Law practice at Crowe Legal and Tributario. With this background and a firm commitment to putting all my experience at the service of AGM Abogados, I embrace this new professional challenge with enthusiasm and responsibility.

As a lawyer specialising in Administrative Law, I have provided regular advice on public procurement, administrative and judicial review procedures, compulsory expropriations, public subsidies and grants, disciplinary proceedings and liability claims against public administrations, among other areas. I have also advised public sector entities on public-private partnership projects.

Alongside my legal practice, since 2015 I have been a lecturer in Administrative Law at Esade Law School and on the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession organised by Isde.

I also hold an MBA (Master in Business Administration) and an EMPA (Executive Master in Public Administration), both awarded by Esade Business School.

About me

I am passionate about cinema, travelling and discovering new places and cultures. I enjoy photography, reading the newspaper at a leisurely pace on Sunday mornings, supporting and cheering on my children in their sports activities, walking along the beach in summer and appreciating tranquillity.

I love sitting round the table after a meal where people provide infinite points of view aimed at convincing each other.
