I provide comprehensive legal advice and support in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, offering each client clear, tailored, and technically sound solutions.

I also assist our clients in business restructuring processes and complex situations, with a strategic, hands-on approach focused on delivering results.

My professional career

I hold a Law degree from the University of Barcelona (UB). After completing my undergraduate studies, I pursued a double Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession with a specialisation in International Business Law at ESADE.

During the early years of my career, I had the opportunity to work in various law firms, which allowed me to gain experience in different areas of law, including Civil and Commercial Litigation, Pharmaceutical and Regulatory Law, as well as Corporate and Commercial Law.

I joined the M&A team at AGM Abogados in January 2025, based in the Barcelona office.

I speak Spanish, Catalan and English, and have a basic knowledge of German.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music to relax and unwind, and travelling to discover new cultures.
