I studied at Universidad de las Américas Puebla in Mexico, where I graduated with the third best average grade for my class (9.4/10). While studying, I carried out a work placement at a Civil and Mercantile Court in Puebla and, after completing my studies, I became a Public Administration lawyer for 3 years (Secretariat for the Treasury Inspector's Office and Governor's Office of the State of Puebla).
I continued my study at ESADE, master in International Business Law at ESADE and Master's Degree in Access to the lawyer qualification exam.
In 2015 I joined AGM Abogados, being part of the Corporate M&A, Crisis Management and Business Continuity departments, advising all types of companies and investment funds in Merger and Acquisition operations, distressed M&A, company law, comecial contracting, refinancing processes and bankruptcies.
Furthermore, I have completed my training with the program of Skills and Management for lawyers from ESADE, a course in Corporate Finance from CEF and an Advanced course in Corporate Compliance by UNIR.
I am native in Spanish, I also speak advanced English and basic Catalan and French.
In my spare time, I love reading, writing and playing sports.
I love films and music and I am always searching for new places to eat and drink.
I prefer the mountain to the beach although I do not miss the opportunity to sunbathe.
