My aim is to provide a service of excellence, with proximity, empathy and understanding of our clients’ needs and priorities, in all matters relating to M&A and distressed M&A transactions, corporate law, debt restructuring processes and insolvency law.
My professional career
I am a lawyer admitted to practice in Spain (ICAB) and Mexico.
Since 2015 I am part of the Corporate M&A and Crisis Management and Business Continuity departments of AGM Abogados, advising all types of companies and investment funds in M&A transactions, distressed M&A, corporate law, commercial contracts, refinancing processes, and insolvency proceedings.
In 2021, I was appointed head of the department at the Barcelona office, a role I held until my promotion to partner in 2023, specialising in Corporate M&A and Crisis and Business Continuity Management.
I currently lead AGM Abogados’ operations in Mexico City, where we coordinate the firm’s Latam Desk. This office aims to establish itself as a legal bridge between Europe and Latin America, advising Latin American companies seeking to expand into Europe, as well as European businesses with interests in Mexico and the region.
My dual professional qualification enables me to support our clients in internationalisation processes and cross-border operations, offering a comprehensive legal perspective and a deep understanding of both legal and cultural frameworks.
In the academic field, I studied at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, in Mexico, where I graduated with the third best average of my class (9.4/10), and I have a master’s degree in International Business Law from ESADE and a master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
I have also complemented my training with various courses, among which the following stand out:

- Corporate Finance (CEF).
- Advanced Course in Corporate Compliance (UNIR).
- Project Management (La Salle).
I am native in Spanish and jave and advanced level in English.
About me
In my spare time, I love reading, writing and playing sports.
I love films and music and I am always searching for new places to eat and drink.
I prefer the mountain to the beach although I do not miss the opportunity to sunbathe.
