My professional career

I am an associate lawyer at AGM Abogados, working within the M&A, Commercial and Crisis Management departments. I advise companies, business owners and investors on corporate and shareholder transactions, both domestic and international, bringing a cross-cutting perspective that combines legal analysis, commercial understanding and a practical approach.

My experience centres on company sale and purchase transactions, shareholders’ agreements, restructurings, corporate transactions, corporate governance, shareholder disputes and pre-insolvency or insolvency situations. I also work on due diligence processes, contract review and negotiation, the design of investment structures, and support in implementing agreements before notaries, registries and other relevant bodies.

I regularly work with clients who need clear answers in complex scenarios: growth, investment, financing, partner separation, business continuity or sensitive decision-making by directors and corporate bodies, always aiming to identify their real priorities and translate legal analysis into concrete, understandable and actionable options for the client.

I am a native Spanish and Russian speaker, with advanced proficiency in English, Catalan and Ukrainian.

In my free time, I enjoy sport, reading and good food.

I love the beach in summer and the mountains both in summer and winter.

Whenever I can, I try to get away for a short break and, occasionally, take a longer trip to explore new cultures and landscapes.
