My goal is to attract talent and to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of our employees in their working environment.
To achieve this, I take an active role in internal projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as in employee benefit policies and initiatives aimed at improving the overall and interdepartmental workplace climate.
My professional career
I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (UB), a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology from ISEP, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EFEM.
Over the past fourteen years, my professional career has focused on recruitment, training, and coaching within the contact centre sector, where I have contributed to building teams from the ground up and developing complex organisational structures with multiple levels of management.
I joined AGM Abogados in May 2025 with the intention of redirecting my career towards a more personalised and specialised approach to talent acquisition and employee support. My aim is to foster professional growth within a rewarding and enriching work environment. Although I have only recently joined the firm, I am learning a great deal and strongly believe I have a long and meaningful path ahead within the team.
About me
I love spending as much time as I can with my son and creating meaningful family memories together.
I’m a very mentally active person, and I need to exercise to stay balanced. I enjoy hiking, strength training or dance classes, and I absolutely love walking along the seashore. I’ve also completed a few stages of the Camino de Santiago — and as soon as I can, I’ll be doing it again!
