I joined to the law firm in 2012 as Partner of Clarís Gestión, entity of the AGM group in charge of the consultancy services and tax and accounting management.

My expertise is focused on fiscal, accountant and tax consultancy. I am part of the consultancy and accounting and labour management department and I have led some of the most important company acquisitions, as well as business restructuring processes and establishment of foreign companies.
