How can I help you?
My purpose is through fluid communication, empathy and availability, to offer clients all the necessary support to facilitate their migratory journey to Spain. I also offer to those who are already in the country the necessary information to continue renewing their permits correctly or adapting them to the regimes that are more favorable to them.
My professional career
Since September 2022 I am part of the Immigration and International Mobility Department of AGM Abogados (Madrid), advising clients, both individuals and legal entities, with the necessary immigration procedures for stay or residence in Spain.
I worked for five years as an independent lawyer in Brazil in civil and international public and private law. I also took part as a researcher in the group on “International and Migratory Law” in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RS).
In the academic field, I graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil, and I have a specialization in Civil Liability and Contracts from the University Vale do Rio do Sinos, also in Brazil. I also have a Master’s Degree in International Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, recently completed.
I have also complemented my training with various courses and activities, among them:
- Conference on “The rights of migrant children: a vision of the situation in Spain” (UCM).
- Language School Exchange Program in Canada (ILSC).
- Legal English (PUCRS).
Native in Portuguese, advanced Spanish, advanced English and intermediate Italian.
About me
In my free time I love to do outdoor activities, such as walking in parks, going to different restaurants and enjoying the beach.
I also practice sports like padel tennis, volleyball and frequent the gym.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as traveling and getting to know new cultures.
