I have been a practising lawyer since 2014. From the beginning of my professional career, I have specialised in advising companies, both large multinationals and SMEs, as well as individuals, from both a legal and strategic perspective, providing legal advice on all kinds of labour and Social Security procedures, both in and out of court.

In recent years, I have specialised in providing legal advice on hiring, special and golden parachute clauses, both for senior management and ordinary employees; design and implementation of variable and flexible remuneration models; staff restructuring and reorganisation procedures: collective and individual modification of conditions, transfers, as well as temporary and permanent employment procedures.
