Terms and Conditions of the online payment service

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the payment platform owned by AGM Abogados, S.L. (hereinafter, “AGM Abogados”), with registered office at calle Pau Clarís, 139, 08009 Barcelona, Spain, and tax number (CIF) B58987025, and filed at the Barcelona Business Register in tome 10697, folio 202, section 8, sheet B-70534, entry 5. To enable AGM Abogados to provide the Service, these Specific Terms and Conditions must be accepted. To that end, the client states that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

Service description

AGM’s payment platform can be used as another way for paying the invoices by bank card.

 

To make an online payment, you do not need to register or generate an account; all you need is to have the invoice ready with the payable amount, stating its description.

 

Refund and cancellation policy

The reasons for refunding the amount paid for the arranged services, resulting from a mistake or non-conformity of that requested, and the procedure to be followed for the refunds or claims that arise are governed by that established in the proposed collaboration for the arranged service that is in force at the time of the arrangement.

 

Electronic payment means

The data of the credit cards used in online payments are not stored. AGM Abogados uses a secure payment gateway provided by Banc Sabadell (Virtual POS) which ensures communications integrity by using sufficiently secure means (SSL, secure URL, etc.). During the payment process, cardholder authentication is required by the bank card issuer’s own verification mechanisms.

 

Minimum age and transaction currency:

The minimum age for requesting the services provided through this payment gateway is 18.

 

The transaction currency for the services arranged is the euro (€).

 

Data privacy statement

AGM Abogados informs users that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Constitutional Act 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee, as well as with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
