My goal is to help you make the best decisions for your business by providing advice on corporate law, M&A transactions, and commercial contracts. I participate in all types of corporate transactions, investment processes, and company acquisitions and disposals, as well as providing ongoing legal advice to companies and boards of directors.
My priority is to deliver clear and efficient solutions that enable businesses to achieve their objectives safely, protecting the company’s interests and adding value to strategic decision-making processes.
My professional career
I hold a Law degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela and completed the Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law at ISDE Law & Business School. In addition, I completed a Course in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Business Valuation at ISDE Law & Business School, as well as a Cybersecurity Course at Georgetown University.
About me
My main hobbies are sports, travelling, and reading. Whenever I can, I enjoy spending time with my family and close friends.
